The subscription-box consumer

In the Winter 2018 Consumer View, NRF took a closer look at who the subscription box customer is and the results were surprising. Just 16 percent of U.S. consumers use a subscription service to buy products and it’s more popular among men than women. Check out these findings and more in the infographic below.

 

About the Winter 2018 Consumer View: Powered by Toluna Analytics, the survey polled 3,172  U.S. consumers (aged 18+) from November 11 - December 1, 2017 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.7 percentage points.
