Track legal cases impacting the industry
NRF’s representation of retailers extends to the courts as laws and regulations often become the subject of litigation. NRF has filed lawsuits of its own, joined retail companies or other trade associations in doing so, and has filed amicus briefs in a number of lawsuits where the retail industry has an interest.
Browse legal briefs NRF has filed, and track weekly legal cases that impact the retail industry, including consumer protection, PAGA, CCPA, BIPA and ADA cases.

Member survey: Have you received a patent or mass arbitration demand letter?
NRF is compiling data on patent and other IP-related demand letters that members are receiving. Members may submit information about demand letters that you receive anonymously.
