What beverage gets you going first thing in the morning? What drink do you turn to when you’re in need of an afternoon pick-me-up? And, when you’re in the throes of home renovation, what potion helps you power through the challenge?

Peet’s Coffee is serving as the official coffee partner of the rebooted “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” The series premiered in late February on HGTV and Peet’s Coffee made special appearances on episodes that aired March 1, 15 and 22.

“Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” is hosted by Jesse Tyler Ferguson from TV’s “Modern Family” and leverages the talents of designers Breegan Jane, Carrie Locklyn and Darren Keefe. The series follows the team, along with thousands of local volunteers, as they complete spectacular home overhauls for 10 deserving families.

Peet’s stocked several of the overhauled kitchens with its signature Big Bang coffee, as well as brewing equipment that will make for an upgraded at-home coffee experience. Moreover, the company served hundreds of volunteers bottled and freshly brewed coffee.

“Peet’s Coffee is proud to partner with ‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ to change the lives of deserving families,” says Gretchen Koch, Peet’s senior director of marketing. “Uplifting our local communities is at the core of Peet’s and we enjoyed working alongside the community, volunteers and the full ‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ production team to upgrade the homes of these inspirational people.”
