This paper introduces retail business process owners to the impact the Internet of Things (IoT) will have on the retail processes they manage through a curated set of example use-cases and scenarios.
The business case for each scenario is examined to demonstrate the kinds of problems IoT can solve, how to quantify the effects, and measure the progress and return on investment.
