3 lessons on planning for the future of retail

Retail Gets Real episode 241: Insights on leadership, collaboration and aiming high

As we head into fall and the start of the holiday shopping season, we're taking a second look at some of the best NRF content that you may have missed over the summer from our virtual events.

Much of what was covered during our summer shows reflected on what the pandemic has taught us: how retailers can innovate quickly and accelerate customer-focused initiatives. The lessons of the pandemic have, in many ways, given retailers a sense of optimism and excitement about what’s possible in the future.
