Allison Hamilton-Rohe

Director, Corporate Engagement and Development

Allison Hamilton-Rohe is director of corporate engagement and development at the NRF Foundation, where she leads corporate partnership strategy and revenue growth to expand access to careers, scholarships and educational opportunities for the next generation of retail talent. She builds and manages strategic alliances with retailers and industry partners to drive investment and advance the Foundation’s mission to develop a thriving, inclusive retail workforce. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, Hamilton-Rohe held leadership roles at First Book and the Women’s Business Enterprise Council DMV, where she developed national, multi-sector partnerships, engaged C-suite leaders and drove significant revenue growth. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade running a personal styling business, building a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and client engagement. She began her career in retail at Naturalizer Shoes, a full-circle connection to the industry she now serves. 

Hamilton-Rohe graduated with honors from Cornell University with a degree in film and literature. Raised in an international diplomatic environment, she brings a global perspective to leadership and partnership development. Outside of work, she enjoys competitive rowing, reading, the arts, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
