Sr. Director, Content Strategy
Jennifer Overstreet is senior director, content strategy at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she oversees strategy, planning, execution, promotion and optimization of content on all NRF channels including NRF’s websites, blog, podcast and social platforms.
Prior to joining NRF in 2011, Overstreet was a business writer at Perceptive Software, now Lexmark Enterprise Software, where she developed content marketing programs and managed a quarterly magazine.
Overstreet holds bachelor’s degrees in English and journalism from the University of Kansas. She continues to cheer for the Jayhawks with her husband and daughters from their home in Virginia.
