Jennifer Overstreet is the director of digital content at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she manages the content strategy, editorial direction and publication of content across NRF’s digital platforms, including NRF.com, the NRF blog and NRF’s podcast, Retail Gets Real.
Prior to joining NRF in 2011, Jennifer was a business writer at Perceptive Software, now Lexmark Enterprise Software, where she developed content marketing programs and managed a quarterly magazine.
Jennifer holds degrees in English and journalism with an emphasis in strategic communications from the University of Kansas. She continues to cheer for the Jayhawks with her husband and daughter from their home in Virginia.
