Tami Sakell is vice president of sales at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she is responsible for NRF’s annual events and one-off sponsor opportunities, including NRF’s Big Show, NRF PROTECT and NRF Nexus.
Under Sakell’s leadership, event sales have grown substantially, contributing to NRF winning several awards from the Trade Show News Network including TSNN’s Top 200 and the TSNN Top 50 Fastest-growing Trade Shows.
Sakell joined NRF in 2004 as manager of membership. Prior to joining NRF, she worked for technology companies including Worldpay and Verisign. She currently resides in Northern Virginia.
