Meera Bhatia previously held roles at Stella & Dot, LinkedIn and Hotels.com. In her current role, she manages Fabletics’ in-house and technology functions, including data analytics, engineering, supply chain, fulfillment, global member services, media, product management and strategy. At NRF Nexus, Bhatia will be discussing how generative AI impacts the customer engagement lifecycle and its effect on future customer experiences. She’ll be joined by Brian Seewald, head of digital for Victoria’s Secret & Co., Domino’s Pizza Chief Digital Officer Christopher Thomas-Moore and Ananda Chakravarty, vice president, research, IDC Retail Insights.

2. Priya Buening, vice president, U.S. ecommerce for Levi Strauss & Co.

Priya Buening is responsible for driving growth and creating best-in-class customer experiences. She has held leadership roles across the company, including in growth, operations, digital strategy and partnerships. Buening will join Jacob King, senior vice president, global analytics, data and marketing with American Express, and the National Retail Federation’s Vice President, Industry and Consumer Insights Katherine Cullen to discuss how consumers’ behaviors, interests and tastes shape how they work, play and spend.

3. Michelle Cutter, vice president, digital commerce for REI

Michelle Cutter leads the outdoor retailer’s ecommerce and gear and apparel groups, which includes teams dedicated to product management, digital merchandising, site operations, digital analytics and mobile app. She joined REI in 2019 after stints at Theory, Tory Burch and Tumi. Cutter will be joined on stage at NRF Nexus by Tractor Supply Co.’s Kimberely Gardiner and Anjana Harve from BJ’s Wholesale Club to discuss managing cross-functional teams that encompass tech, digital and marketing expertise.

4. Kimberley Gardiner, chief marketing officer of Tractor Supply Company

At Tractor Supply Co., Kimberely Gardiner leads strategic marketing across all communication channels for national, regional and local initiatives, as well as loyalty marketing. She previously held senior leadership roles at Volkswagen of America, Mitsubishi Motors North America, Kia Motors America and Toyota Motor Sales USA.

5. Anjana Harve, CIO of BJ’s Wholesale Club

Anjana Harve, whose career spans several executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, is responsible for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, optimize revenue growth and improve operating efficiencies at BJ’s Wholesale Club.

6. Rachel Frederick, vice president and general manager, ecommerce for Sur La Table.

With over 15 years of experience, Rachel Frederick is a recognized strategic digital leader and growth architect who has previously worked for companies including Gap and eBay. She and Courtney Butler, senior partner success manager, Amazon Today, will discuss crafting a seamless order-to-deliver experience across omnichannel experiences.

7. Desi Gosby, vice president of emerging technology with Walmart Global Tech

With more than two decades of technology leadership experience, Desi Gosby builds platforms for conversational AI and extended reality to create breakthrough omnichannel experiences across Walmart. She previously spent more than 10 years at Intuit as a founding member of its Innovation and Advanced Technology group. At NRF Nexus, Gosby will discuss how emerging technology like GenAI, augmented reality and spatial computing are transforming customer experience and associate efficiency.

8. Janet Sherlock, chief digital and technology officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation

She has held executive positions at numerous retailers and currently serves on the board of directors for BJ’s Restaurants and Brewhouse. Sherlock will discuss how defining C-suite roles and functions can transform productivity, transformation and profitability.
