As the leading voice for retail, the National Retail Federation has been convening industry innovators for more than a century at its annual convention. Retail’s Big Show is back in person, Jan. 16-18 in New York City for its 112th meeting, and it’s the best place to see what’s ahead in retail and reflect on lessons learned in customer experience, omnichannel, new business models and more.

A wide swath of talent and expertise will appear on Big Show stages from retailers in hard goods, soft goods, pharmaceuticals, apparel, furniture and more. There will be a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as sessions on corporate social responsibility including sustainability, supply chain issues and more. The Expo will be open for attendees to browse hundreds of exhibitors to see what’s next in retail tech.

In this episode of Retail Gets Real, NRF content leaders Jill Dvorak and Eric Olson share more about what to look forward to, and why this year we’re convening retailers to not just move forward, but speed ahead.
