COVID-19 has disrupted the way retailers connect with customers, run supply chains and manage workforces. This free event will focus on the technologies helping retailers become more resilient during the pandemic and beyond.
Designed for retailers and tech investors, the interactive webinar will feature a fireside chat with Chief Merchandise and Design Officer for Savage X Fenty, Christiane Pendarvis. There will also be a series of presentations from The New York Fashion Tech Lab women-led startups focused on how technology enables resiliency.
Product presentations will include topics ranging from VR to delivery, livestream shopping to ecommerce platforms and in-store engagement.
Attendees will be able to vote for the company they think would most benefit from showcasing in the Innovation Lab at NRF 2021: Retail’s Big Show.
The Startup Showcase will feature:

Adi Ronen Almagor
Co-founder and CEO
Adi Ronen Almagor, CEO and co-founder of Buywith, is a passion-driven entrepreneur and a highly ambitious, determined online professional with a wealth of experience in digital marketing. Almagor worked in the internet industry and combines creative talent with strong commercial and business abilities.
Named one of “5 Women at the Cusp of Fashion + Technology Innovation,” Amanda Latifi is the co-founder and CEO of Hafta Have, a platform that empowers bricks-and-mortar stores to perform more like online. A 2020 New York Fashion Tech Lab company and featured at this year’s NRF Innovation Mansion, Hafta Have pioneered contactless capture of shopper data to drive cross-channel conversion, all via SMS. Latifi brings 15 years of experience in retail strategy and brand marketing for Fortune 500 brands. Published with two Cannes Lions, she shifted to tech in 2013, leading marketing and business development for Fahlo (acquired as Bkstg, backed by Scooter Braun, Mark Cuban and KPCB). She has a master's degree in advertising from the University of Texas and a minor in marketing from the McCombs School of Business.

Chelsie Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Shipsi, the retail technology company that enables any retailer to make lightning-fast same-day deliveries. She’s a retail, technology and supply chain expert who has consulted 500+ top retailers and brands on business strategy, growth and execution. In addition to being nominated for EY Entrepreneur of the Year and being featured on the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Lee has also contributed to dozens of emerging brands through a mentorship program she founded in the early 2000s.

Nyha Shree is the co-founder and CMO of Jumper.ai, a conversational commerce and customer engagement platform that helps brands humanize their online retail experience. She started her first venture eight years ago and has since successfully built multiple ventures. Shree has been featured by Forbes 30Under30, UN Women GICC She Innovates and Facebook For Developers for spearheading the next frontier of retail innovation.

Neha Singh is the founder and CEO of Obsess, an experiential ecommerce platform. She was previously the head of product at Vogue, where she was responsible for the product strategy and technology execution of Vogue’s digital business including content products, ad products and distribution platforms. Prior to that, Singh was VP of product and engineering at AHAlife, an ecommerce startup for luxury lifestyle products. She began her career at Google, where she was a software engineer and tech lead for five years and worked on Google AdWords and Google News. She holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate degree in computer science from MIT.
Chief Merchandise and Design Officer
Savage X Fenty
Christiane Pendarvis is the Chief Merchandising and Design Officer for Savage x Fenty and oversees product creation for the brand including the Design, Production, Merchandising, Planning and Site Merchandising teams. She combines extensive experience in product development and general management with a deep expertise in building compelling customer experiences on digital platforms. Christiane joined TechStyle from Full Beauty Brands, a leading direct to consumer plus size apparel company, where as SVP E-commerce and Marketplaces, she drove rapid growth of the marketplace channel, doubling the business in less than 2 years. Prior to FullBeauty, she held leadership roles at top companies including Gap Inc, Procter and Gamble and Neiman Marcus. She received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a M.B.A from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
New York Fashion Tech Lab
Jackie Trebilcock is a fashion, technology and business development executive with over 15 years of experience working with entrepreneurs to grow their vision and company via strategic planning and relevant industry introductions. She is the managing director of the New York Fashion Tech Lab, founded in 2014 by Springboard Enterprises and sponsored by 35+ leading retailers and brands. The nonprofit program connects a select cohort of early and growth stage fashion-focused technology companies with leading fashion retailers and brands fostering iteration, validation and acceleration of technologies to advance the industry. She has spoken about the topic of fashion and retail technology at Vogue, Time Inc./InStyle, Hearst, SXSW, Yale, Parsons, The Fashion Institute of Technology and LIM.
About the Lab: The New York Fashion Tech Lab is a community-driven, relationship building, collaboration and business development platform. The nonprofit program was co-founded by Springboard Enterprises and key fashion retailers to support companies led by women that have developed innovations at the intersection of fashion, retail and technology.
